The ninth-ranked Cardinals took care of business Tuesday night at Cardinal Gym, scoring a 3-0 decision against Tyler Junior College in Region XIV Conference volleyball action.

The Cardinals won for a third straight outing, sending their season record to a 15-4 reading. They are 5-0 in conference.

First-year head coach Patty Figueiredo's squad is scheduled to close out a four-game homestand Thursday at 6 p.m.

The Cardinals prevailed against Tyler, 25-16, 25-15, 25-22.

Among the top performers for the Cardinals were Bianca Salvador, Beatriz Toledo, Chloe Tuiasosopo and Vitoria Gasparini.

Tyler fell to 5-10, 2-3 records.
