The Region XIV runner-up Cardinals are headed to the NJCAA D1 Soccer Tournament for a first time.

Word arrived Tuesday the Cardinals had received one of four at-large berths to the event Nov. 16-22 in Enid, OK.

The Cardinals (9-2-8) drew the No. 10 tournament seed and will compete in Pool C with No. 3 Arizona Western (14-1) and No. 6 Salt Lake (15-2-2).  Arizona Western and Salt Lake were also at-large selections.

Here is the Cardinals' pool play game schedule:

Sunday, Nov. 16 – vs. Arizona Western, 3 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 17 – vs. Salt Lake, 3 p.m.

The top team in each of the four pools advance to the national semifinals Thursday, Nov. 20. The championship match is scheduled at 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 22.
