The No. 5-ranked Trinity Valley Community College Lady Cards were a 76-69 non-conference winner on the road Monday against Arkansas Baptist. The win was the 1,100th in school history.
The women's basketball program, in its 42nd season, is now 1,100-236.
The Lady Cards, 12-2 on the season, are scheduled to begin a 3-game homestand Saturday against Bossier Parish at 2 p.m. The Lady Cards will be seeking their 85th straight Cardinal Gym win.
The Lady Cards will be at home next week against Panola on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. and Angelina on Saturday at 2 p.m.
Against Arkansas Baptist, Naomi Davenport poured in 24 points and Christalah Lyons added 19 to lead the Lady Cards.
