The Cardinals hit 12 three-pointers on their way to an 83-76 Region XIV Conference win Saturday afternoon against Bossier Parish Community College at Cardinal Gym.

MJ Leslie led the Cardinals' assault from behind the arc, hitting seven for a game-high 21 points.  Leslie now has 29 three-pointers for the season.

Also scoring in double figures for the Cardinals were Micah Clark and Najee Jones with 13 each.

The Cardinals led 44-35 at the half after outscoring the Cavaliers 13-4 in the final 4:59.

The win boosted the Cardinals to 9-18 overall and  9-8 in conference. Bossier Parish fell to 12-14 and 4-12.

In their only game this week, the Cardinals are scheduled to travel Wednesday to Paris. Game time is 7 p.m.
