Haremza begins his second tenure at the college in 2025.  He was the offensive line coach on Brad Smiley's final staff in the 2017 season, which saw the Cardinals go 9-3, win the SWJCFC regular season title, take a win in C.H.A.M.P.S Heart of Texas Bowl and finish sixth in the NJCAA rankings.

He has also made coaching stops at Southern Illinois University, Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, Garden City Community College, Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Butler Community College, Upper Iowa University and Missouri Southern State University.

Haremza was the offensive line coach at Butler in 2019, the season the Grizzlies took a 33-23 decision against the Cardinals in the Midwest Classic Bowl in Miami, Oklahoma.

Among the notable accomplishments of his coaching career are 43 NCAA D1 signees, 39 all-conference selections, four bowl championships and a .593 winning percentage.

Haremza attended and played at Butler and Southern Illinois, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Sports Administration in 2013.
