The Cardinals extended their winning streak to three games Wednesday night, grinding out a 67-63 win against Tyler at Wagstaff Gymnasium.

The Cardinal raised their season record to 4-15 with the win. They are 4-5 in Region XIV Conference. Tyler fell to 11-8 and 4-5 marks.

Next up for the Cardinal is Panola (15-4, 7-2) Saturday at Cardinal Gym. Game time is 4 p.m. after a 2 p.m. women's contest.

Devyn Franklin paced the Cardinal scoring with 15 points. He also grabbed 12 rebounds.

Quevian Adger joined Franklin with a double-double, tossing in 14 point and pulling 10 rebounds.

Najee Jones also scored in double figures with 11 points.

MJ Leslie had nine assists for the Cardinals.

Tyler led 34-33 at the half.
