Fresh off 3 home wins last week, the No. 4 Lady Cards are scheduled to be on the road today, going to Temple (6-1) for a 5:30 p.m. non-conference tilt.
The Lady Cards are 7-0 after wins last week against No. 23 Odessa (70-64), Independence (78-43) and Hill (77-46).
The Lady Cards are scheduled to open Region XIV Conference action at home Saturday against Jacksonville, coached by Savannah Carter, who played on the 2013 Lady Cards' national title team.
Region XIV Conference action begins for the No. 15 Cardinals at home tonight. They play Coastal Bend (3-3) at 7 p.m.
The Cardinals are 10-1 on the year after going 1-1 last week in classic action in Florida. The Cardinals dropped a 92-89 overtime decision to No. 1 Northwest Florida State before bouncing back to score an 86-74 win against Pensacola.
Saturday, the Cardinals travel to Jacksonville for a 4 p.m. contest.

The Lady Cardinals will be recognized for their historic season Saturday at halftime of the women's basketball game vs. Jacksonville, which begins at 2 p.m.
The Lady Cardinals, in their first-ever national tournament appearance, finished fifth at the event, going 3-1 and taking down Navarro and Tyler in the final two matches.
